Wet Burritos Grave Sauce
Ingredients
1/4 Cup
  Lard or Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup
  Flour
1/2 TSP
Ground Black Pepper
1 TSP
  Salt
1 1/2 TSP
  Powdered Garlic
2 TSP
  Ground Cumin
1/2 TSP
  Dried Mexican Oregano or Regular Oregano will work
2 TBSP
Mexican Chili Powder or regular chili powder will work
2 Cups
Beef Broth
 
Directions
1.
Heat Lard or Oil in skillet over medium-high heat. picture click here
2.
Stir in flour and continue stirring for 3 - 4 minutes until it makes a light brown roux. picture click here
3.
Add all the dry ingredients and continue to cook for 1 minute, constantly stirring and blending. picture click here
4.
Add Beef Broth, mixing and stirring until sauce thickens. picture click here
5.
Turn heat to low and let suace simmer for 15 minutes. Add water to adjust thickness.
6.
Put Gravy Sauce into a pan the size of your soft shells and dip shell into sauce and then place into baking container. picture click here
7.
Stuff burritos with any desired filling. I show stuffing with a Refried Bean Hamburger mix. Then roll them and fit tight into dish.
8.
Cover all burritos with Montery Jack cheese and bake at 375degress for 15 minutes. picture click here
