Wet Burritos Grave Sauce |

Heat Lard or Oil in skillet over medium-high heat. picture click here | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Stir in flour and continue stirring for 3 - 4 minutes until it makes a light brown roux. picture click here |

Add all the dry ingredients and continue to cook for 1 minute, constantly stirring and blending. picture click here |

Add Beef Broth, mixing and stirring until sauce thickens. picture click here |

Turn heat to low and let suace simmer for 15 minutes. Add water to adjust thickness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Put Gravy Sauce into a pan the size of your soft shells and dip shell into sauce and then place into baking container. picture click here | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Stuff burritos with any desired filling. I show stuffing with a Refried Bean Hamburger mix. Then roll them and fit tight into dish. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
